I love Mindvalley because I can find something every day to fill my mind with positive thoughts. I am almost 63 years old and struggled with limiting beliefs basically all my life. Finding Mindvalley and listening to many of the Masterclasses changed my life. Thank you for providing these free classes! Marisa Peer opened my eyes and mind to the idea that I am enough and doing the best I can with the knowledge I have.
