I've seen a number of positive changes in my life from Uncompromised Life. One is just being aware of concepts like "Do what I hate ... first" and "Delay gratification AND give myself a specific reward for my good performance."
There were a number of concepts in the program that seemed vaguely familiar, but then Marisa gave them a brilliant and powerful twist, plus tons of practical examples so they were easy to apply to my own life. SO, so good for living better, kinder and richer in my own skin.
