"I took the class and really was able to recognize ideas that had been absorbed from my family and upbringing"
Many years ago I was actively involved in meditation on a daily basis. I did this for many years and life got in the way and I stopped. Exercising was another way to stay in touch with my innerself and experience the joy of a great run. I had to stop that, due to an injury. I came across Mindvalley and was so intrigued by the subjects--each one very out of the mainstream. The presenters were all intelligent, interesting, and great communicators. Then I listened to Marisa Peer's presentation that spoke to me in such a way I could not pass up an opportunity to learn more. I took the class and really was able to recognize ideas that had been absorbed from my family and upbringing that did not serve my growth nor inspire me. In fact, these ideas were quite damaging to how I felt about myself and my perspective of the world. After completing the course I knew that there are much more constructive and kinder ways to relate to myself, and, by extension, to see and experience the world. When an opportunity presented itself to learn Rapid Transformational Therapy as a career, it became an incredible gift. Thank you, Marisa Peer and Vishen Lakhiani. You rock!
