"I think I have just hopped on a treadmill that I love"

This is the 2nd day of my first internet online class. I love being able to absorb and take lots of notes and access repeat information at my own pace. I have always felt that we know so little about the ability of our minds to support or destroy us. It seems so many people are carrying destroying thoughts in their minds. Their lives go faster and faster and are unable to clear their heads. I want to understand how to stop that treadmill effect and find the restart button. There is so much simple common sense information in what Marisa is telling us. To be presented with her writings, visualising, hearing her voice, the simple effective scientific exercises is so inspiring. I think I have just hopped on a treadmill that I LOVE. Amalia
