Before I purchased the program I listened to Marisa and did her short hypnotherapy. I was completely open and enjoyed it immensely. I am prone to intense anxiety when it comes to standing up for myself and speaking my truth. I usually go blank in my mind. I was at work and I was able to share my thoughts on an issue that would normally create this anxiety but after doing the hypnotherapy it was lessened. I've done an enormous amount of meditation, mindfulness, hypnosis, subliminal, subconscious music, over the past 5 years which has helped me tremendously.
