Before these programs I had been searching for connections with spirit guides and improve my attitude. Through these courses I am now living with a higher state of mind, above the critical, judge mental and know-it-all. I now live with serenity, joy, and compassion for most living things. (Mosquitos and Knats continue to be an issue. I only invite the ones that want to be free of the earthly plane to land on me ) I am living in a higher frame of mind and have a higher vibration. I am taking this course to improve my physical energy to help others and myself when I have physical pain.
