Before this program I was the Queen and Ruler of Procrastination. The guilt, lack of focus, and low energy this was creating in my mind body were slowly shortening my life. I had let my age and thinking about my advanced age and observing aging in my own mind an body dramatically reduce my energy and positive enthusiasm for life.
