"I was blown away by how transformational the meditations are"

I really loved this quest. 
The Unbound Self encapsulates the path towards removing blocks and moving towards the life of your dreams. 
The quest is in a modular format, designed to be done in the order that will be most effective to effect change in your life. You pick the area you most need to work on and then do the lesson and meditations related to that topic. For those of us who are busy, it’s an amazing approach. 
I found Allyn & Luigi informative, instructional and inspiring. I loved the meditations and was blown away by how transformational the meditations are. Plus there are so many! 
I definitely plan to study more at the institute, totally life changing. I highly recommend the quest.
