I retired early after 37 years because I’d finally realized the management culture had become too toxic, I couldn’t see the forest through the tree’s until I’d made my choice on my terms and am happier for it. This quest re-affirmed my curiosity on what I always admired about inspirational leaders and why we need to surround ourselves more with this positive mindset. My favourite quote from Day 6 “Make everyone your teacher… and you will learn great wisdom.” This quest will definitely help anyone transform themselves for the greater good.
