"Now that I know it needs work, I want it to be fabulous"
I recently changed careers and my sleep got very disrupted. I have struggled to get it back on track and although it is getting better, it is not 100%. I don't think it was ever great, but now that I know it needs work, I want it to be fabulous.

I joined this program because the quality of my sleep is suffering. I wake up during the night thinking about work and have trouble falling back asleep. My three biggest pain points from lack of sleep are the inability to lose weight, low energy during the day and being crabby at work.
