This quest was one of the most thrilling ones. Just like so many other people I had the idea that self confidence was something that we were more or less born with - some people had it and others not so much. What I learned and put into practice during this quest has made a phenomenal change in my outlook on life as well as in the day to day experience. Take your time and explore your own stories around this issue, spend quality time with your thoughts and you will be surprised by what you found and the new energy that is available to you when you make the small shifts. So grateful I took the time to finish this quest.
