"I was hooked after the first class"

I take regular in-person yoga classes and have always had a resistance toward online yoga. I decided to take this quest just to try one class on a day I couldn’t make it into my regular studio. I was hooked after the first class the classes are short but still challenging. I never try the arm balances as I don’t want to fall and disrupt the class. Online if I fall I just get up and try again . My arm balances still need some practice but as Jim Kwick says practice makes progress. Onward!
