"Mindvalley has given me the tools to create a truly amazing life"

I read Code of The Extraordinary Mind a couple of months ago and became fully aware of the power of eliminating brules. That first step alone created immense positive change—not only in understanding myself but my increased capability of understanding my family, friends, and coworkers. I’m a compassionate person but this really unlocked a superpower in me. I can reframe anything so that where I may have felt hurt by someone’s words or actions in the past, I now feel unfuckwithable because I see their brules light up as explanations for their actions as if they were a lighthouse on a dark cliff. This has helped me in all areas of life, especially as a parent. The impact on me is far greater when I see brules in my children’s way of thinking because I most likely played a hand in establishing them. I am thankful that I can see that now and make it a daily practice to support and love the identity of my boys and to consciously undo brules they have. I see it happening. My seven year old son did a presentation for his class where he had to speak about someone he loved...he picked himself!! It was the most beautiful thing to hear him talk about all the reasons that he loved himself. His conclusion for his class members (who had all picked other people as the person they love) was, “remember—you have to love yourself first before you can love anyone else.” Mindvalley has given me the tools to create a truly amazing life for myself and my cherished tribe—I am grateful beyond words. I attended Mindvalley Live 2020 and if I didn’t already feel the love, I sure do now. I made friendships with 4 amazing women. It was my goal and vision to create a powerful tribe of women who support and love one another through our Mindvalley journey and wouldn’t you know it—they one by one appeared over the weekend and came together as easily as it was to ask. Yes, my life has changed for the better. I am so incredibly happy in the now and so excited for this beautiful life vision to continually unfold. Thank you for making this possible in the most beautiful way.
