Dear Ajit I was climbing the corporate ladder fast and quick but still feeling empty. Fancy designations and a fat package just wasn't doing it for me. I realised professional success meant losing out on spending time with my high energy son of 6 years who brings the maximum joy in my life. My core value is FAMILY and I was giving that up. I have gone through many of your Masterclasses and am an ardent follower of your Youtube videos which are so valuable. I intend to buy your Coaching Businesses course too. Ajit, many Leaders in India buy off the lives of their employees just because they pay the monthly salary, but they add huge unnecessary stress. In reality, Leaders have the power to make peoples' lives in their teams and not break their lives. I will try in my own way to change the mindset of Entrepreneurs to help them realise Profitability at the cost of happiness is meaningless.
