I love the group practice form week 1 session 2. 25 minutes. I did it last night ( full moon and do it in addition to the daily practice about every second day). It was out of this world amazing. I could feel the shifting and activation last night in particular. Slept like a stone and feel amazing today. I love this program! I love Regan! Feeling so grateful and blessed.
