When I started 13 months prior I had been given a year to live. Instinctively I have always believed in the power of self healing so I threw myself into anything I could find. Self love, self concept, meditation, frequencies then this course. 
I found this course or quest to take me to levels I had been unable to find alone. I started to heal. 
Two weeks ago I went completely backwards right to the beginning. Crazy pain causing mental anguish 
Rather than stay in omg I am too sick it's not working and victim mentality for weeks on end I started the work again. Protecting my energy and loving myself harder my self-concept got tweaked up. 
It's gone. I feel amazing. 
 I AM HEALED. 
 I AM LOVED. 
 I AM LOVE
 I AM A PHOENIX
