I'm the owner of Simple Group, a property investment company. I've been implementing John's marketing tools over the past three months. I spent nearly 300 euros over the last three months. And I've generated a list of about a hundred people that want to buy a property. And from that list, I've got one person buying a property for 185,000 Euros.
