The 3 Most Important Questions

"This program offered a simple, structured exercise that I can now use and leverage to find and connect with like-minds for experiences, growth and collaborative contributions"

I've been aware of Mindvalley for several months. It took a colleague suggesting we look at the platform and business model of Mindvalley for me to actually sign up under the 'free membership' category. I followed the early stages of the Mindvalley journey to the '3 Most Important Questions' program. I stepped in and did what I was told - answer the 3 MIQ.

Now let me share that before this program, I have been struggling to focus on WHAT activity I should focus on in the next stage of life. In the search, I've completed several personal development 'exercises' to determine what I should do next - from Ikigai, to hired coaches/processes to self-discover, to specific processes (e.g. how to use "x" to generate "y") but nothing helped get me the clarity I was looking for.

The simple exercises in this program both uncovered and reinforced that I'm on the right path. By doing the work, and taking note of these 3 critical questions, I felt my own essence emerge with clarity and energy.

Particularly, in 'Contribution', it became clear that how I show up in the world, my creativity, and my charity are EQUALLY important as a 'career' in who I am, and what I do.

This program offered a simple, structured exercise that I can now use and leverage to find and connect with like-minds for experiences, growth and collaborative contributions.

Thanks Vishen and Mindvalley crew. You...are awesome.
