When I was first introduced to tapping I found it an amazing tool to feel centered and declutter all my inner thoughts. 

This quest certainly brought it to a whole different level. It opened up so much inside me and I felt the energy moving so much as I progressed in the quest. 

Jennifer peels all the layers bit by bit and left me empowered and ready to show up in the world from a completely different space after the tapping. I loved the enthusiasm and energy she brought to every class-not to mention her clothes! It is a quest that I will keep using every day as a tool to grow more and feel lighter!!!
