Before this programme I had absolutely no clue about what I needed to know in order to start a sustainable coaching business, none whatsoever. I'm new to coaching and as I am at the end of my coaching studies, I was somewhat lost on where specifically I needed to start. What I learned during this course was that those thing that I felt were extremely important; branding, web sites and business cards really aren't that important at all.
