Unknowingly, I have coached my peers in the automotive industry for more than 13 years. I started knowingly to do it about to years ago after I watched a video of Ajit in which he talked about coaching as a job. After taking my certification, I started doing it pro-bono with people that were not only in my industry. Alas, I didn’t seem to get past the pro-bono thinking so I kept being an amateur coach. I took this quest because I needed to learn how to enroll paying clients and start making a living out of something I enjoy doing. This quest helped with that Mindset and many more (i.e. how to structure my methodology, how to structure an enrolling conversation, how important it is to take care of myself too).
