This quest has given me the confidence and the tools to change my career. Before this quest I never would have thought that I’d be having coaching coversations in English with people from 5 different countries. It’s amazing how normal that feels after only 3 weeks! I have been working as a manager in several gouvernmental organisations for some 25 years. I love working with people and encouraging them to become the best that they can be. Some years ago I got my certification as a coach, working with NLP, Enneagrams and systemic work. As a teammanager I put these skills to use, but never as a professional coach. Lately the powerplay and the ego dance amongst managers and councilors have become aspects of the job that suck the energy out of me. During my summer holliday I got really sick and I realised I was exhausted. I needed to change my work-life balance. After taking this Quest I feel energized, motivated and confident. I now have the tools to transform my dreams about becoming a professional coach into real action and start my own coaching practice right away! An extra plus is the interaction, the inspiration and the feedback you can exchange in the facebook community. This really helps you stay on board,learn and take action.
