Before the program I was avoiding taking action and not serving clients. However, this program enabled me to optimise myself, construct a methodology/framework (without permission to no need to make it perfect - as we will be reassessing and tweaking it over time). The 6 month action plan has helped me to get clarity and understand how I'm going forward with the business. I also reconnected with the importance of reframing selling and serving. All in all it has really benefited as the step by step guide to creating clients has helped me to start connecting with my niche.
