Before this Quest, I've joined other free lists to gain more knowledge in Coaching and to discover my niche. I'm an IT Administrator as a regular profession with two full time supporting companies for their IT needs as their IT Support Consultant. I also accept speaking in seminars and training for some IT topics. The reason I enrolled in this Quest is to find accountability and mentorship. I love the community and the people. I made friends already and plan to continue communicating with them for our/their progress, learn and share knowledge of Coaching. The Quest is very engaging and I love the byte size videos of Ajit in every lesson together it's a synopsis. Precise and direct. So many new terms and words need to know and need more research but the way he introduces it is very simple and understandable. My top 3 takeaways or insights during/after finishing this Quest are Coaching is a business, being ME/YOU is enough, and setting of boundaries. The biggest positive change(s) I've noticed is for myself is the focus, accountability, and believing I can do it.
