Before the Quest, I didn't exactly know how and where to start with a coaching business. 

The quest has helped me to overcome some of my fears and shown me just to start doing it. The part when they mention the importance of good questions has given me lots of ideas and motivation. I also started reading The book of coaching and i will keep reading it. I'm sure it will give me an extra boost.
