I am not a coach, I am an advisor in areas (legal and financial) that require specific skills and studies. I have always been curious to better understand the actual purpose and skills of a coach.
The breakthrough I had doing in this interesting learning experience has been that I have understood that we are always coaches: in the relationship with ourselves in the relationship with our children in the relationship with our partner in the relationship with our friends in the relationship in our work for quality of choices we make for ourself, family, work and in general in life Etc
Therefore the coaching skills are valuable skills not only to make business (because some people could be happy with their activity and they are not necessarily trying to change it) but in general to improve the decisional process in every area of life … and, even if we don’t want to be a professional coach, we can apply this knowledge to help people around us.
