Before the Start your Coaching Business I was running a very unstructured business with no focus. After completing this Quest, I have improved my confidence level specifically on creating a coaching package. The reason I enrolled in this Quest was to learn how to run and manage a coaching business.
As a new Coach I was never exposed to a coaching business before, either through working in a coaching business or being trained on how to manage a coaching business. I will recommend this Quest because it has sufficient depth to develop the coach, the coaching methodology, and the coaching business. The biggest changes in my life gaining a sense of self awareness in business that my wellbeing is integral to managing a coaching business, and a successful coaching business should not be viewed separately from its' owner and product or service. My top 3 takeaways are,
1) How to structure a plan (You, Methodology, Business),
2) To put together a coaching package,
3) Being able to describe your Avatar
The biggest positive change that I've noticed is that, I have developed a fearless approach and have grown in confidence because I can develop and present a package.
