I am like many coaches, just starting out - with a lot of intention, though some fears and uncertainties too. So I saw this program - Start your coaching business - perfect! I have been really intrigued and impressed with both the depth and the diversity of the course. I have created and written a journal daily alongside the course following the action steps and work suggested. There have been some very enlightening parts of the journey and some that have definitely made me think, but that is a good thing. I see too many who jump into coaching, with little to no format, structure or idea and this is why I was pleased to see and go through this program.
The benefit of this program has been the steady progress to 'bring you forward' and think about aspects of the industry that maybe wouldn't have been thought of but discovered later. Having 3 proposals, for example, when meeting with a prospective client. That 'being ready' rather than thinking on the fly, that's the kind of advantage this program provides.
