Before I started this programme, I was a bit confused about many things and the ends didn't meet somehow.
Through this programme I have gained more clarity within myself which I am now moving into my coaching practice. I have learned to understand that in order to go deep from the beginning it is significant to factor in the client's personality from the start - I did apply this to my coaching straight away and the process just flows more naturally and the client responds well to questions that take into account his personality and his learning style.
I have always dreaded the business side of the coaching existence, but now understand that it is nothing to get too worked up about by following some simple rules and procedures. I have never been one for networking and online presence is not my thing but exploring different ways of connecting with people has been refreshing and encouraging and I am going to take a lot of what I have learned here forward into my practice.
Thanks to this programme I have overall a more holistic picture of coaching as a whole - in training I only learned about the coaching side, not the vital business part. I am glad I decided to go on this journey and will certainly go back to my notes and the work I have done over the last 3 weeks. I feel more confident now, something I have been lacking and what stopped me from going out there and showing up.
Now my life will shift from seeing coaching more of a hobby to seeing it as my profession and my mission to change people’s lives. So, thank you Evercoach for being part of my journey.
