The one mindset I had going into the program was to become the best student of this program. I messaged Ajit on IG saying that I know he is the best person to guide me and that I believe it was meant to be.
This was a sort of declaration for myself and putting out my intention to the universe about my journey in this 21 days scholarship. I woke up excited at 5.30 am to learn a new topic inside this quest every day. I chose the time that was peaceful, gave me time to reflect, implement and complete the assignments for the day. As week 1 concluded, I was super clear on who I was as a person, why I had certain beliefs about me or the world, where my strengths lie, and how I can take back the control of my life.
I learned about self-acceptance, love, and being kind to own self.
Week 2 was heavily loaded with various coaching methodologies and also with practical tips to understand our clients better. The dichotomies, personality tests, learning models, and many other such things propelled me to invest my mind in learning more about human behavior and how clients can be coached to bring a true transformation in their lives.
Week 3 concluded perfectly where I became extremely clear about whom I want to serve, how I want to serve, and design a transformative coaching package that made clients excited to work with me. In this week, my mindset changed completely about a major thing that I mentioned earlier on...
I knew that Certification was not the end of the world. I will get clients anyways and that it was my self-sabotage pattern that made me think I cannot succeed in my coaching practice.
Thanks to this program, I am super aware of myself, confident in sharing my message to the world, and booking coaching clients across the globe who want to transform their lives.
Thank you Ajit for this amazing course and also to Toma Mol who was the tribe facilitator to answer my questions inside the FB group.
