In Hungary I did a life and business coach training years ago. It lasted for months. At the end I felt that I am without tools and I didn't know how to start. 
Now, thanks to these 21 days, I feel that I have so many things (tools, ideas, techniques) that I want to implement. So I think it was a real practical training.
