Before this Quest I really didn’t know much about all the coaching methodology and the entire thing that a Coach has to know. This is a new profession that like any other needs preparation and clear sight of what you want to do and accomplish. It was an amazing journey. After taking it, I feel prepare in a way that make me more comfortable and passionate about all the things that I need to know and do to be and extraordinary Coach and have a wonderful business. I recommended this Quest because is so complete and helpful for us to understand the basis that a person who want to start a coaching business need to know, how create a well structured methodology and how take action to improve all the existing abilities and more. Now I see myself more organized with a clear vision in the three aspects of the process of create a coaching business, which allows me to get a more structured goal and the keys and ways to achieve it. My principal insight is that in order to be a successful coach it’s something that you have to love and be in love with, because you become a forever-learner in this beautiful path. The most significant and positive change that I see in myself is the determination and love that I developed in order to star this beautiful and amazing path that I didn’t know I was taking.
