I've helped and lead people in the outdoors since I was young. I am now developing a consulting practice that helps other people summit their own (real) mountains thereby developing personal resilience. I've lead clients from coach to 30km coast walks, as well as up Everest. "Starting your Coaching Business" has provided me the tools to lift my strategy from an aspiration into an action plan.
