Before the program I knew where I wanted to be but I wasn't sure about the path to get there. The program helped me a lot in two areas: It confirmed some things I was already doing right and gave me new tools to get out of my confort zone, especially when it comes to recruit new clients. How do I feel today? Well I have that nice warm feeling yuo get from knowing you are taking steps in the right direction. I enrolled into this quest because I have been working on starting my coaching career for a while, but a lot of things have been hit and miss. I wanted clarity on the correct steps to take in order to fulfill my dream. The fact that Ajiit himself created the program is important to me. If you want to learn, learn from the best. Also the quest came with the possibility for a free scholarship and it was just around my birthday! It was just meant to be. The three biggest takeaways of the program for me are: How important it is to keep working on ourselves; how many awesome tools you get from the program and how well they can work for many different style of coaches; Third and most important, the structure presented on how to enroll clients and how to keep growing has been exactly what I needed. I have just completed the program but I alrerady are so much more confident in what I do and able to have so much better enrollment conversation. And it was easy! Thank you so much Ajiit and Evercoach for the amazing work you're doing. My personal message for everybody out there: Remember that school is important, because it gives you the basis you need on your path, but the world today is foucusing more and more on specialization.
