A lot of friends around me are successful coaches and I went to them for advice.
One of them, recommended me this course and I decided to enroll immediately. I started off the quest determined, with a lot of motivation and inspiration to do this.
Along the way, I realized I really did not have the right mindset at the moment - I did not believe in myself. Especially in week 1 - which is all about YOU, I bumped in against my own disbeliefs. I managed to reframe them, take them under the loop, and everyday I started to take tiny steps.
Unfortunately, I am also studying and working next to the quest, and after 2 weeks, I did not manage to work on it everyday anymore - especially as I started to lose confidence. I felt like I am too young to already do this, and that I need more experience and need more hands-on practice. But that also feels okay. I know I missed great practicing opportunities and could have engaged more in the online community - I feel like engaging there will definitely triple the experience and your growth.
Nevertheless, I learned many lessons. About myself, about my values and the quest gave me some more tools and knowledge on how to get started.
I would recommend this quest for people who are already in their coaching business but want to uplevel or work through blocks they have. I would not recommend this for people who are completely new to it all and trying to start. But then again, everyone is different and we all have different areas to work on, and different ways we prefer. And for me, something that is online is just not the way.
