I was impressed with the generosity of references for developing a coaching practice. All of it was very good even though I was feeling very sceptical when I first signed up. I certainly have a lot more clarity and sense of confidence in my own body of knowledge, thanks to what I learned about the disjointed learning theory, among other things. But that really helped me re-visit and re-define my methodolog(ies) in a manner that also made it easier to define my ideal client(s). For that reason, and many more, this is more than a wonderful refresher course on starting a coaching practice, it's a powerful reset button for perceiving all of life, and your place in it, anew. The strong sense of possibility for actually making the business leap because it's so methodical, it almost looks simple. Also, reviewing Mazlow's hierarchy gave me an aha moment because I realized why it can be so difficult to leapfrog into self-actualization when more basic needs have not yet been met.
