I was already a certified coach before taking this programme but I believe that as a coach we need to be constantly upgrading our skills and learning to become better as we can only challenge our clients to the degree that we are willing to challenge ourselves.
I was amazed at the wealth of new material in this course and I love the structure of self, client and business and how it is all brought together. This has definitely given me more insights into my clients personalities and behaviours and how I can adjust my style and questioning more specifically to their needs. I feel more confident in both my abilities as a coach and also on how to make my business more profitable.
