Firstly, I am a newly certified hypnotherapist! In 2021 I resigned from being a classroom elementary school teacher because it did not resonate with what I wanted to really do in this life.
Before the program all of the ideas I had were just floating around in my head. Yes, I've completed my hypnotherapy certification but I also want to use that modality in helping people through coaching. This course allowed me to get those thoughts in my head, written out on paper and get deeper clarity around who I am and what I want to offer to this world. It allowed me to reflect on how I ended up at this phase of my journey and what additional healing I needed to do in order to fully step into this new version of myself.
In addition to that, I got clarity around which characteristics I'm already doing well with and where I can use some more improvement. I was able to start mapping out a way to put all of my ideas in action and mapping out the steps I get to take in the 6 month plan. (I actually already made significant progress from when I started the course!).
There was so much value in this 3-week course, particularly in week 3 for me. I enjoyed focusing in on my ideal client avatar, and thinking about how I am going to get my message out there to other people. I've created powerful package ideas to start off with (for my hypnotherapy sessions) and have a list of people I can contact to get started offering my services.
I now feel more prepared to launch then I did 3 weeks ago and although I am not going to do the EverCoach coaching course that was just launched this past weekend, I am very interested in participating in the Dharma coaching course with Sahara Rose and figuring out how I can use what I learn from that program/course in tandem with my hypnotherapy to developing an amazing coaching experience for the soul aligned clients waiting for my help!
