I took this program to learn how to coach my team members. Along the way of this quest I have developed a desire to help people outside of my team and take-up coaching to serve other people. Its a new desire and I will have to see how to take it forward. This quest was light on coaching skills but the material and resources provided by Ajit were excellent and helped a lot. A great quest for learning the basics of coaching.
