I took this program because the promise of building a 6-month plan sounded appealing and helpful, but I didn't find that the focus was on that part in particular.
Weeks one and two were not too engaging for me, but the week three videos I wanted to watch several times because they had so many great insights packed in. I think maybe I was just a little further along in my journey than the target audience for this quest, so if you take the quest and feel that might be you by the time you're a couple of days in, then I recommend speeding through the first two weeks in a few days and then you can take your time more with the last week's worth of content and absorb it all.
