Before this program, I was already informally coaching and mentoring many women leaders in the organisations in which I worked, and I loved seeing the progress and happiness I helped create through this process. About 2 years ago, I realised that this is what I truly loved to do, and where my natural skills and talents were used to their fullest potential. I also realised that every woman wanting to grow as a leader NEEDS a coach. However, I was too scared to take the leap out of a corporate job because I could not conceive of this path as a business and a career. Thanks to Evercoach and this program, I have learnt an immense amount on the business of coaching - where to start, what to build, how to keep growing personally and professionally in this arena. It has become tangible. Now there's a plan that is realistic, executable. I'm so excited to build this business, my life is brimming with the possibility of a career I only recently realised I could actually have.
