I have been coaching entrepreneurs and senior executives on business agility for a while now, on perm or contract basis. I always thought it would be so lovely to be more independent, have more say on what my everyday and my future looks like. I have been sitting on that thought what seems like forever, "buried" under overwhelm, procrastination, slight imposter syndrome and perfectionism, never really ready to get on it. One email from Ajit made me think that this is exactly the push I need: the program seemed structured yet not overwhelming, it seemed to tackle all the areas I had concerns about and the deposit added an extra dose of motivation. The program was exactly what it seemed and more! I loved the content, really useful knowledge bites with plenty of room to study more, great tips and recommendations, exercises, the journal and the pace. I look at having my own coaching business and clients in a very different, more positive and confident way. There is still a lot of work ahead of me and probably many "scary" moments, but I am well equipped to keep going. And for that a big THANK YOU!
