I was already a trained and certified coach when i joined this program but on completion, i feel better equipped with the tools and strategies of starting and running my Coaching Practice from scratch. The reason I enrolled in this program was to learn and develop a personal methodology of coaching and gain knowledge and specific steps, to start my Coaching Practice, by understanding the Business side of Coaching, at 70 years of age after a 4 decades successful Teaching Career. The reasons i recommend the Quest is the 3 step structure of the program... Me. Methodology and Business, which I find to be very useful and effective in understanding the 3 elements of coaching. I feel more confident and better equipped now with the one page Business Plan to set doable goalposts for the next 6 months. i am also delighted to have connected with like minded coaches on their own journey of discovery and becoming the best we can be and facilitating our clients to evolve into a better version of who they are today, in all areas of their lives.
