When I discovered Mindvalley, I was in a deeply dark place: Dark Night of the Soul, you could say. After years of teaching at a local university, I resigned due to the toxic and abusive nature of the education system and overwhelming expectations placed on faculty. I had become quite ill, lying in bed, barely able to eat, and spending my time watching silly things on YouTube.
I was a mess. I saw a Facebook post linked to a video where Vishen was interviewing Marissa Peer, who lead a guided hypnotherapy session and I began to have hope again. In looking them up, I was lead to the MV website and my life has changed significantly since.
I completed my Life Coach certification in Feb of 2024 and have been taking MV classes ever since while I built a website and start my business. During this process, I have learned to trust people again, including myself, and I have been able to restore my value.
