Before this program I knew how to teach about appraising and gems, however, after this program I understand more how to help my clients get to the answers that are best for them and not how I did it. 
I understand the difference as a coach from the consulting I may also be asked to do for them in the appraisal capacity. I am more comfortable and confident going forward into the new venture.
