During the program, I also read The Book of Coaching and this combination completely transformed my understanding of what the Coaching business might be. It is a very well structured program that will require you to dive deep into yourself, answer a lot of questions, work on the assignments. Trust me it is all worth it as you will have clarity and strategies that you will be able to use in your coaching career.
