Before this Quest my life was a permanent struggling for success. One Class following the other, learning very valuable content and knowledge. But at the end, I didn't start with nothing.... After taking this Quest I feel empored and well equipped with all the tools I need to handle with. The reason I enrolled in this Quest was the inspiring conversation with Ajit and how he could make it clear what is the structure, the core values, the themes I (and others probably) are/were struggling with. What I was hoping to achieve/learn was: How to start / wich steps to go / how to break it down in action plans / encouragement and self-confidence. Reasons why I recommend this Quest is: If anybody is stuck on the way to success and does not know how to turn around and find the direction, here are the qhestions thoughts and pieces to thrive with. My top 3 takeaways or insights during/after finishing this Quest are: breaking things down into little pieces, little steps to go, handy questions leading forward and helping the coachees to transformation. The biggest positive change(s) I've noticed are: I'm encouraged to go further on, to start my coaching biz, to know I know :) Thank you for this opportunity :)
