Before this programme I was feeling stuck and limited to how I felt I ‘should’ be coaching and also overwhelmed with how to build this into a business. Having taken this programme I now feel like I have clearly defined steps to follow, I know what I need to do to work on myself, my methodology and growing my business. I feel inspired and lit up. I’m so excited to be able to start developing my own unique methodology and that’s something that only this programme has helped me to realise I’m able to do, rather than having to choose one style and follow set rules. This alone has really lit me up. I also feel excited about sales and confident that offering up my programme is the most generous thing that I can do and this has been a massive shift for me!
