Before the program I felt overwhelmed with how to start a coaching business. Because of the program I have gained an insight that everything done can be broken down into small incremental steps. If done daily, this is no longer daunting task. It creates space for new thoughts and ideas to come to fruition, as you are no longer overloaded with 'must do' tasks. The course was broken down wonderfully into bite size pieces, and to know that I made progress everyday was the highlight of the past 3 weeks. That was the motivation!
