As someone who has zero background on how the coaching industry works, I was totally clueless on how to get started. I think I've watched every coaching video on Youtube, and then luckily, I stumbled upon this video of Ajit talking about coaching. That's how I was introduced to this quest. I learned a great deal from this quest! Not just on how to coach, but for some weird reason, I feel more confident about myself now too. And the community part in it has really empowered me to work harder knowing that I'm not alone in this journey.
